Born in Kathmandu, Nepal, Bénäm/Sujesh grew up surrounded by family stories of mystical experiences, deep yogic practice, meditation and mantra — a world where the sacred and the everyday seemed to blend with myth.

As a young man he moved away from these roots, studying in Australia and building a modern life. Over time, that path spiralled back. Musical curiosity began to meet Eastern esoteric traditions, and he returned to Kathmandu and eventually trained as a sound healing practitioner.

With a particular interest in chakra and energy work, Bénäm/Sujesh now walks a path that continues the lineage of his ancestors. Every session is unique — shaped by the energy present in that exact moment, both within and around those present.

In a world where our energy centres so often fall out of alignment, his work gently invites a return to balance through sound, presence, and a renewed relationship with nature.
