Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of sound healing during this intimate four-day training at NEO Farm Retreat, nestled in the hills above the Kathmandu Valley. Surrounded by regenerative food forests and the rich biodiversity of a wildlife corridor, this immersive experience combines professional training, deep personal restoration, and a connection to one of the world's oldest sound healing traditions.

Designed for complete beginners as well as wellness practitioners looking to expand their skills, this training requires no previous musical or healing experience. With a maximum of just five participants, you'll receive personalised guidance, hands-on practice, and plenty of one-on-one mentoring throughout the retreat.

Upon successful completion, you will receive certification through “Singing Bowl and Gong House”, Kathmandu, Nepal, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to begin offering sound healing professionally.

Throughout the retreat you will explore both the practical and theoretical foundations of sound healing, including:

• Traditional Nepalese singing bowl techniques

• Therapeutic use of Himalayan singing bowls

• Nipple gong and tam tam gong facilitation

• Introduction to the handpan as a healing instrument

• The science and philosophy of vibration and frequency

• Meditation and altered states of consciousness through sound

• The chakra system and energetic awareness

• Ethics, safety, and creating supportive healing spaces

• Facilitating one-on-one sound healing sessions

• Leading immersive group sound baths

By the end of the training, you will have the confidence to begin facilitating individual sound healing sessions, lead group sound baths, and integrate sound therapeutically into your existing personal or professional practice.

Retreat Experience

Your training takes place at NEO Farm Retreat, a peaceful farmhouse perched above the Kathmandu Valley. The property is surrounded by regeneratively managed food forests that aims to live in harmony with the wildlife. Leopards, deer, pangolins, giant Himalayan squirrels, and an abundance of birdlife continue to move through the landscape.

Accommodation is intentionally intimate, with just five guests sharing the retreat. Choose between shared or private rooms within the luxury farmhouse, featuring three queen bedrooms, a loft with two single beds, and two shared bathrooms.

Every aspect of the retreat has been designed so you can fully immerse yourself in learning and restoration.
